Southern Grad For A Day

Southern Grad For A Day is an annual recruitment event in which students from surrounding Historically Black Colleges and Universities are invited to spend an afternoon on campus with graduate students, faculty and staff.

We want to share Georgia Southern University through the eyes of a Graduate Student. You will meet current Graduate Students over lunch, have a tour of campus and meet with a representative from your preferred program of interest.

In order to ensure this day is perfect for your students, we have a few items that will need to be completed by them:

• Interested students must be juniors or seniors
• Students interested in attending the event will need to submit a registration form. This form will allow us to confirm that we have the program they are interested in and pre-qualify them.
• Students must have a 2.75 cumulative GPA
• Students invited to the event upon acceptance of their registration must submit a copy of their resume or vita
